Hi,
1) Current official TOP is till Oct 2022.
2) Developer did not give any indication on when the actual month will receive its TOP.
3) Note that it is the BCA that is issuing the TOP, thus developers only know when they are submitting for TOP and won't be able to commit that they can receive it upon submission.
4) As of now we know that the condo had already been built up to the top floor.
5) If there are no changes in the covid situation, once the completion of landscaping facilities, the developer will be able to apply for TOP in early 2022.
